The Account Binder Page

The Account Binder page displays all of the data for the account you opened.  The Account Binder page organizes the tax documents (called print files) and status and milestones of the account with two tabs:

• The Documents tab.

• The Status tab.

Note:

If you try to open an account and a message indicating that the account has not been released for review displays, then you cannot open that account until after the milestone is reached.

How do I move to the Account Binder page?

1. Move to the home page.

2. In the Open a Binder area, click within the Account field.

3. Type the account number of the account you want to open.

4. Click the Open button.

What Can I Do from this Page?

• Open an Account Binder folder.

• Close an Account Binder folder.

• View a Print File.

• Print a Print File.

• View the Status and Milestones for an Account.

• Change the Status for an Account.

• Indicate a Milestone Was Reached.

• Log off from TrustEase Administrator's Workstation.
