TrustEase Administrator Workstation lets you quickly access the information you need in a format that is logical and beneficial to you. The main features of TrustEase Administrator's Workstation are its registers and the account binder. Both of these features are easily accessed from the TrustEase Administrator's Workstation home page (simply referred to as the home page).
The home page is the first page you see after you login. It is divided into three areas:
The Banner area is located at the top of the page. It is designed to give you important information, such as the tax year, Fast-Tax account and register or account name and number you are currently working with . The Open a Binder area and Open a Register area are located below the Banner area. These two areas allow you to open an account and work with its tax documents (called print files) and status and milestones as well as open a register and work with the selected data for multiple trust accounts.
Although some of the tasks you can perform depend on the access rights that are granted to you, all TrustEase Administrator's Workstation users can view and print the information in a register or the tax documents for an account.
