As a TrustEase Administrator's Workstation user, you have several resources available to you for finding the information you need.  If you have a question about the application and you cannot find the answer in the help system then you can get direct assistance from a member of Fast-Tax's Product Support team or you can visit the Fast-Tax Product Assistance Web site.  In addition, you may also receive client communications, called eNewz notices, about TrustEase Administrator's Workstation from the Fast-Tax Product Support team.

What Is Product Support?

Product Support is Fast-Tax's team of technical specialists.  Each Technical Support Representative on the Product Support team is dedicated to providing you with the help you need while using TrustEase Administrator's Workstation.  Toll-free support is available each business day from 8 AM to 6 PM CST by dialing 1-800-706-1041.

What Is Product Assistance?

Product Assistance is Fast-Tax's official product support web site.  You can visit the Product Assistance Web site at https://support.fasttax.com any day of the week and any time during the day or night.  You can use Product Assistance to open a service request and log any issues you have with TrustEase Administrator's Workstation.  After you open the service request, you can review the request, review its history and check its status at any time by simply accessing the Product Assistance Web site.  You can also review each service request assigned to your account, regardless of whether the service request is open or closed.

In addition to logging your issues with TrustEase Administrator's Workstation online, you can also use Product Assistance to find all types of useful information, resources and services for TrustEase Administrator's Workstation.  From the latest information about TrustEase Administrator's Workstation to client communications and training, Product Assistance has it all.

What Are eNewz Notices?

eNewz notices are client communications that are electronically sent to you from the Fast-Tax Product Support team.  The email messages typically include late-breaking news about TrustEase Administrator's Workstation or important tax information.  If your TrustEase administrator set you up to receive eNewz notices, then you will receive each eNewz notice as it becomes available.  For your convenience, each eNewz notice is also posted to Fast-Tax's Product Assistance Web site.
